If you feel any area of your home was not cleaned properly, please call or email within 24 hours and someone will come out the next business day, no questions asked. Your complete satisfaction with our service is our number one concern.

Hours of Operation Our hours of operation for both office and cleaning crews are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.

Appointment Scheduling Weekly appointments are scheduled every week, biweekly every two weeks, and monthly every four weeks. If you change one appointment, your next appointment has not changed. We leave a blue reminder card behind with your next appointment date, for your convenience.

Payment For Home Cleaning Services To avoid fees, payment is due at the time of service by cash or check. You may also pay in advance by credit card when you independently book online. If you have provided us with a credit card, we will charge your card two business days before the appointment.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Services Services can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time, by either party, by giving notice at least two business days in advance. See rescheduling fees below for more information.

Entry Into Your Residence The easiest way to ensure you do not receive a lock-out fee is to provide us with a key. Otherwise, we are flexible with however you want to arrange entry with us.

Your Own Cleaning Crew We make every effort to send out the same home cleaning crew to you each time. However, a replacement may be sent due to various reasons like vacation, sick days, emergencies, and personal days.

Our Teams Safety Due to insurance regulations, our employees are not permitted to stand on ladders or move large furniture.

Also for safety reasons, our employees are not permitted to pick up animal excrement or vomit. Clutter and Personal Items To get the most out of your home cleaning, please ensure all personal items and clutter are put away prior to your cleaning crew’s arrival.

Your Beloved Pets Our teams work well with friendly animals! However, if you feel your pet may not be comfortable around someone in their home, please secure them. Also, for safety reasons, our employees are not permitted to pick up animal excrement or vomit.

Returned Check Fee: $25
Lock Out Fee: $40

If we cannot gain entry into your home for a scheduled appointment.

Late Payment Fee: $10

Payment by check or cash is due at time of service if you have not used your credit card by booking online. Please leave payment for your cleaning crew to avoid a late payment fee.

Collection Fees:

In addition to any past due amounts, the client agrees to pay all reasonable collection fees for delinquent accounts.

Reschedule or Cancel Services: $25

Please call the office within two business days of your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel.

If your cleaning day is Monday, you must call by Thursday before 5PM.
If your cleaning day is Tuesday, you must call by Friday before 5PM.
If your cleaning day is Wednesday, you must call by Monday before 5PM.
If your cleaning day is Thursday, you must call by Tuesday before 5PM.
If your cleaning day is Friday, you must call by Wednesday before 5PM.
